Yes. Conversations are treated respectfully and privately. However, confidentiality may be broken if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.

Yes. Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be non-refundable.
